I love dreaming… And dreaming plays a big role in how I motivate myself, how I find the drive, the strength, the courage to voluntarily put myself into uncomfortable situations…
Yes, many of my dreams are just that… dreams…
But others have roots into my values, how I want to lead my life and career, the “why” for wanting that…
And that’s a perfect theme for this week’s newsletter because…

So, what do you dream of?
What do you do with these dreams?
How do you go about taking action to make these dreams more real, or at least to start that process?
Creating one spark after another of new answers and ideas, shifted mindset, changed perspectives…
Until there’re enough sparks to ignite the fire of your internal motivation (intrinsic drive, willpower) to start taking action…
