Hey Christelle!
Over the last two weeks, we’ve been exploring your current goal or challenge as an expedition - something you don’t walk through alone.
You’ve pictured the people you’d thank at the end of your journey - for me: the map-drawer, the guide, the steady companion.
You’ve noticed who’s already beside you today – for me: friends, colleagues, mentors, resources.
Now we shift into a gentle, creative moment:
Who else might you want on your expedition team, to help you move forward?
Not choosing yet.
Not committing.
Just imagining possibilities - the way an explorer considers which companions, guides, and experts would make the journey easier, clearer, or more meaningful.
When I did this for my own goal of expanding my Coaching-Infused Conversations, a few ideas surfaced quickly.
I realized I might want:
- a workshop design expert who knows how to craft conversations that land deeply
- training that elevates my facilitation skills
- and, surprisingly, AI as an unexpected guide - a way to explore structure, voice, and flow in a way that still feels like me
Not decisions.
Just possibilities.
And each one opened a little more space - like seeing new faces gather around the campfire before a journey.
This is what today’s reflection is about…
🌄 A Coaching-Infused Reflection
If your goal is an expedition… who else could join your team to help you move forward?
One of my clients - let’s call her Aisha - experienced this beautifully.
She wanted to grow her visibility at work but felt unsure where to start.
When she considered her “expedition team,” three potential allies came to mind:
- A former manager who had always seen her potential
- A thoughtful colleague who asked the right questions
- A peer in another department who understood the politics she struggled with
None of them were new.
But seeing them as possible team members shifted everything.
She told me later:
“Once I imagined who could walk with me, the journey felt less overwhelming - and more real.”
So today, here’s your gentle invitation:
🌿 Who could help you move closer to your goal - even quietly?
🌿 Who has insight, experience, or steadiness you might need?
🌿 What roles might be missing in your current team?
a guide?
a sounding board?
a challenger?
an encourager?
🌿 And who comes to mind - even if you’re not sure yet how they fit?
Let this be imaginative, playful, and light.
Not a task - a possibility.
🥾 What’s ONE small action you’ll take after this reflection?
Choose something tiny, something that brings this idea into the real world:
- Write down three potential people you might want on your expedition team
- Circle one who feels like a natural next connection
- Capture one insight about the roles you need
- Share your list with someone you trust
Just one.
Enough to open the next door.
