Empowering ourselves is great.

Being intentional about our actions is great too.

But sometimes, growth isn’t just about pushing forward…It’s about letting go…

Lately, I’ve been building my evening routine to include more reading time, and I just finished “Awaken Your Genius” by Ozan Varol. The most memorable part? A simple yet powerful sentence at the end of the book:

“To become a butterfly, the caterpillar must accept its own death.”

It made me pause.

If I want to become the butterfly I envision (let’s say, becoming well-known for my Coaching-Infused Conversation masterclasses), then what do I need to shed? Fear of asking people? Fear of rejection?

Now, let’s turn this into a coaching-infused moment for you…

My action? I’m starting by identifying the people I want to reach out to. It’s not a huge step, but it takes time, energy, and intention.
