Do you sometimes (often?) feel like you’re re-living the same day, the same week, the same year?
Because you feel you’re not making any progress on your goals – including your new year’s resolutions!
Because you feel that you need to make BIG changes to your life to achieve them…
But you’re just not ready for that, or you’re just too busy with what you should do, or you’re just too tired…
I used to feel like that a lot in the past… I still do sometimes… like last week…
Which reminded me of the “1% principle” (where doing 1% more everyday leads to almost 38 times more of your “normal day” after a full year)… that I’m applying this week!
How about YOU?
Is it time to apply this “1% principle” to your life… and see what you could GAIN after 1 week, 1 month… or after 4.5 months (when it’s time to set your new year’s resolutions for 2025)?

This week’s topic: What 1% do you need in your life right now?
Like for everything, you need to pick a goal you want to apply this 1% to… otherwise, it will be too much at once and you’ll end up feeling overwhelmed… and then will stop altogether!
So, take a moment to think about which goal you want to work on for now – and it doesn’t have to be a big one, especially to start with!

Now, imagine that the next 20 minutes are just about YOU (your time, your space, your voice, your thoughts…) and you’re having a deep conversation with me, your coach... Just let your mind wander as you reflect on the questions below…:
- Let’s start with visioning what achieving that goal looks like for you. How do you feel about this vision?
- Now, what are 10 things you need to do to achieve that goal? – Whatever comes to you right now (you can always refine that list later on)!
- Out of these 10 things, what’s the smallest or easiest for you? – only pick ONE!
- Divide that ONE thing into as many smaller actions (that you need to do) as you can…
- Out of these smaller actions, pick ONE to be your first “1%”… and implement it!
- Repeat that process as often as you want!
So, what’s your 1% action you’re COMMITTING to do daily THIS WEEK following this Coffee-break Coaching conversation?
And now, imagine you’ve taken that ONE action, and then another one, and another one… and your 1% becomes 10%, then 20%, etc.
How does it FEEL like? What are you GAINING thanks to applying this “1% principle”?
