March is here, and with it comes the promise of spring…

Soon, trees and flowers will start to bloom… and as humans, we often feel that same renewal—a fresh energy to grow and move forward - even if, here in Ontario, winter isn’t quite done with us yet!

Think about the journey we’ve been on so far:

• New Year’s resolutions brought inspiration.
• Last week, we designed the first small steps.
• Now, it’s time for ACTION!

Because if we stop at planning and never follow through, our goals stay exactly where they are—just ideas!!!

The Secret to Actually Following Through? ACCOUNTABILITY

You probably already know this, but let’s say it anyway: accountability makes ALL the difference.

• It could be telling a friend your goal and asking them to check in.
• It could be setting reminders or getting a nudge in your inbox.
• And today, this is your nudge!

Think back to last week’s reflection…

• What was your biggest takeaway?
• More importantly, what was the ONE action you committed to?

Now, take an honest look:

• Already done? Amazing! Celebrate that progress—no matter how small!
• Didn’t happen? No guilt—just curiosity: What got in the way? Did you forget? Did life take over? (It happens!)
• What now? Will you commit again? Adjust your approach? Ask for support?
