So, last week, we had a coaching-infused conversation about “To make a change, or not to make a change?”…
And we concluded the conversation with:
“If you prefer the feeling after the “change”: Are you willing to step into the unknown, to get out of your comfort zone - one small step at a time?”
But I also said that this “one small step at a time” could be the topic of another coaching-infused conversation…
Because… Being willing to take action is one thing, but…
Where to start? How to start? What to start with? How much to do at once? - and many more questions…
That’s why so often we don’t even START…
And we stay where we are… not taking any action to make that change happen…
But what if there was a way to START taking action?
How would you feel?

This week’s topic: one small step at a time
Let’s get started!!!
Think of that change you’re willing to step into the unknown, to get out of your comfort zone for…
Think of how it (your life, your career, etc.) would be like once you’ve fully made that change…
Think of where you are now…

Now, imagine that the next 20 minutes are just about YOU (your time, your space, your voice, your thoughts…) and you’re having a deep conversation with me, your coach... Just let your mind wander as you reflect on the questions below…:
- On a scale of 0 to 10 (10 being “how it’d be like once you’ve fully made that change”, and 0 being the complete opposite): Where are you now? – Keep it simple, this is not about an exact measure!!!
- Let’s say you’re at a “4”. How does a “5” look like?
- Does a “5” feel like a too big change? No worries! What does a “4.5” look like, or even a “4.01”? – It’s not the number that counts, it’s doing something that matters!
- What needs to happen for the “5” (or “4.5”, or “4.01”) to be your new reality?
- What can YOU do to make this happen? – Don’t hesitate to make a list!!!

“Conclusion”: Out of that list of things YOU can do, what are those you can do without any external support?
>>>> So, what’s ONE action you’re COMMITTING to do THIS WEEK following this Coffee-break Coaching conversation? (even a small action like scheduling a task in your calendar!)
