Let’s start with what’s new at Pistachio-Cassis Coaching…
>>> I’m very happy to announce that I recently became a volunteer professional coach with the Humanitarian Coaching Network (HCN).
The HCN is a platform that connects humanitarian staff with a global cohort of volunteer professional coaches. Its aim is to provide humanitarian and development organizations with an innovative, cost-effective way of supporting the wellbeing and growth of a critical mass of their staff, particularly those serving in the most isolated and complex posts
I’m volunteering as a professional coach because…
- I want to see my coaching skills empowering people who are themselves helping others in need…
- I get more “personal rewards” from giving back using my skills vs giving money…
- Money can’t solve everything, especially in relation to mindsets and perspectives…

I hope you will get a “spark” (of an insight, inspiration, idea) out of it and, maybe:
- That’s the spark that ignites your fire of taking action (even if a simple / small one)! Or
- It’s another spark, adding up to a pile of sparks which, one day will ignite that fire! Or
- It’s the first spark, the beginning of a journey of “seeing” sparks around you!
And now let’s get a little more personal…
It was so good to take time for myself… catching-up “in-person” with family and some friends, catching-up on French food and wine, catching-up with the peace and quiet of countryside living…
But it is also so good to be back in my own space, in the social environment I created, working on my own projects…
I guess that means that, even though I was really looking forward to that break, I’ve managed to “Design, Build and Lead” my life sufficiently in my own terms to also be looking forward to getting back to it!
And note that I said “sufficiently”!!! Because my life is far from being fully Designed, Built and Lead as in my Vision… There is still a lot of “work” to do to get there, especially since the vision also evolves with time!!!! But that is part of enjoying the Journey…
