How did you get on with your reflection about identifying Who you need on your very own Board of Directors to support you in addressing the main challenges you’re facing to achieve your 1st goal?

And for our second session, let’s look at: Who’s missing, right now, from your board of directors?
Now, take 20 minutes (over a cup of tea or a coffee, for example) to reflect, using the self-reflective questions below to help you along the way:
- Think back to last week’s “conclusion”: What are the 9 persons you would like to have on YOUR Board of Directors to support you in addressing the 3 main challenges you’re facing to achieve your 1st goal?
- Now, who do you ALREADY know that you could have on your Board? (Note: they don’t need to know that you’re “giving them” a Board’s position!)
- You know what? I’m sure they’re a few more people in your extended network… Don’t limit yourself to people you know well… extend to people several levels above you, in different departments, industries…
- I think you should a few more minutes thinking about who else is in your network… You may be able to fill one or two more seats…
- Great! Now, who’s still missing on your Board of Directors?
- For each of the missing Directors, what “characteristics” do they need to have to be on your Board?

“Conclusion”: Which Directors are you missing from your Board? For each of these Directors, what are the 2 easiest (to find in people) “characteristics” they must have?
>>>> So, what’s ONE action you’re COMMITTING to do THIS WEEK following this Instant Coaching-Infused Conversation session? (even a small action like scheduling a task in your calendar!)
Note – Imagine taking a 20-minute “coffee” break to reflect on a specific challenge you have right now, but, instead of being on your own, you’re with someone who really listens to you, “pushes” you to go deeper into that reflection, and empowers you to start taking action…
