Guess what…
July 30, 2023 was International Friendship Day!
In today’s world, it’s relatively easy to move from one country to another… and to create new friendships here and there… but also to leave behind some of these friendships when moving to the next country…
With all my “moving around”, I’ve been in that situation quite a few times…
I like that it’s allowed me to create a network of friendships in many countries (especially when these friends also move around!)… with the diversity of backgrounds, experiences and thoughts that comes with international and multicultural environments!
But it’s also a “catalyst” to losing some of these friendships when, despite today’s means of communication, the friendship doesn’t resist the lack of in-person interactions…
