As we approach the end of 2025, this series has gently walked you through a different way of moving toward what matters - one rooted in reflection, support, and small meaningful steps.

Today, instead of retracing each step, I want to honor something deeper:

You’ve been quietly building an expedition - shaped by intention, honesty, and the people who help you stay steady.

Now, as the year winds down and 2026 starts to shimmer on the horizon, it’s time to explore how you’ll keep that rhythm going in a way that truly fits you.

 

I’ve been reflecting on this in my own work as well.

I love planning - it’s how I feel grounded and clear. But planning only works when it’s aligned with how I naturally move.

So as I think about expanding my Coaching-Infused Conversations in 2026, I’m setting a simple, supportive rhythm:

🌿 Each month, I’ll choose one “medium-size” action - a meaningful next step in my own expedition.

🌿 Then I’ll break it into coffee-break-sized actions - small enough to actually do, grounded enough to create steady progress.

My first one?

Using AI to refine my voice, my workshop structure, and my facilitation flow - before bringing in a consultant to fine-tune the final version.

It feels light, clear, and true to how I want to move into the new year!

🌄 A Coaching-Infused Reflection

What will help you keep moving in a way that feels steady, supported, and true to you?

One of my clients, Danica, discovered this beautifully.

After choosing her first small action (sending a short message to someone she trusted), she didn’t rush into big changes.

She focused instead on the small, steady practices that helped her stay grounded:

  • a five-minute weekly check-in
  • one supportive conversation each month
  • writing a single sentence about what felt meaningful

She told me:

“Progress wasn’t the result of one big moment - it was the rhythm I created with support.”

 

So today, take a moment to pause and consider:

🌿 What helps you feel balanced as you work toward what matters?

🌿 What small rituals help you reconnect with clarity?

🌿 Who are the people who help you think clearly and stay grounded?

🌿 How do you want to feel as you walk into 2026?

Not a plan.

Not a system.

Just the simple truths that help you keep moving, your way.

Choose something light and meaningful:

  • Decide on one weekly or monthly check-in ritual
  • Choose one supportive person you’ll reconnect with regularly
  • Create a small “support note” with three names to revisit when you feel stuck
  • Acknowledge one feeling or insight you want to carry into the new year
