Ever feel like your career is moving… but not in a direction you actually chose?

I didn’t want the fastest route. I wanted the scenic one!

The kind of path where I could explore, learn, and build a life rich with experiences… not just tick off career milestones.

But here’s the thing: For years, my internal GPS kept pulling me back toward the default setting. The “standard path.” The one that looked right on paper but felt wrong in my body - unease, fatigue, frustration.

What finally changed things?

Not a master plan. Not a leap.

But one small action: Taking a coffee break and researching simple ways to better understand myself.

Because before I could re-set my GPS, I had to know where I really wanted to go!
