Last week, I shared my excitement about being nominated for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards🎉. But today, I want to take you behind the scenes…

Because the truth is - I wouldn’t be here if I hadn’t taken action despite my doubts, fears, and limiting beliefs.

• I reflected on my corporate experience and what was missing.
• I saw how coaching was focused on senior leaders - while middle managers, who also needed support, were often overlooked.
• I realized traditional coaching (fixed packages, long sessions, high cost) wasn’t accessible for many professionals.
• So, I experimented! I tested different coaching formats, learned from “not-so-successful” attempts, and kept refining.

That’s how I created my out-of-the-box coaching services - from Coffee-Break Coaching (quick, powerful 1:1 sessions) to Coaching-Infused Conversations (group coaching for professionals and corporations).

And it all started with taking action…
