For me, I’ve always had a pull toward exploring “different grass.” Not because I thought it would be greener, but because I’ve wanted to experience it: new ideas, new ways of working, new environments. That quiet urge has shaped my career and life more than I realized at the time. Even when it wasn’t easy… It was my way!
