Hello June, and Hello Christelle!

At this time of year, your goals feel more real.

The ideas from January are no longer “someday” plans.

And with that often comes a quiet pressure:

I should be further along by now.

I need to get moving.

I need to deliver.

And, sometimes, that pressure makes your next step feel bigger than it really is.

A different way to look at this

Progress rarely begins with the big step we imagine.

More often, it starts with something much smaller.

  • A few minutes of research over a cup of tea.
  • A note captured on your phone while on your way somewhere.
  • A reminder set for later, so the idea doesn’t disappear.

Not the full project. Not the final version.

Just movement.

Because waiting until you have:

more time, more energy, or more certainty

can quietly become a way of never beginning at all.

Progress doesn’t come from pressure.

It comes from starting where you are, with what you already have available today.

A question for you

What is the smallest action you could take today?

One simple move

Choose one thing you’ve been postponing because it feels too big.

Then reduce the size of the first step.

Not the whole task.

Just enough to begin.

A final note

If you’re unsure where to start, you’re always welcome to take 30 minutes to talk with me and clarify what your next step could look like right now.

To small beginnings and steady movement,

Christelle
