Hello Christelle,

One of my favourite moments has always been very simple:

Sitting comfortably with a green tea, soft music in the background, and letting my mind wander for a few minutes.

No goal. No productivity.

Just space to breathe and think.

Maybe you have a version of this too?

Lately, with everything involved in moving back to France (the paperwork, the decisions, the search for a new home), I’ve noticed I haven’t been giving myself that space as often.

And I can feel the difference!

A different way to look at this

With International Tea Day having just passed on May 21, it reminded me how easy it is to treat pauses as optional.

Something we’ll do “later”, once everything is under control.

But often, the pause is exactly what helps things become clearer.

Not because we suddenly find all the answers.

But because we finally hear ourselves think.

Pausing is not always delaying.

Sometimes, it’s deciding.

A question for you

What tends to become clearer when you give yourself a real moment to pause?

One simple move

Take 10 minutes today without input.

No podcast. No scrolling. No multitasking.

Just sit somewhere comfortable and notice what’s been trying to get your attention.

You don’t need to solve anything.

And if 10 minutes feels like too much, start smaller if needed.

A reminder

If you’d like a clearer space to think things through, you’re always welcome to take 30 minutes to talk with me and explore whether working together could support you right now.

To clearer spaces and quieter thoughts,

Christelle
